I don’t necessarily give TERROS 5 stars.. not just yet I won’t rate them until I’m farther into my experience. I’m giving Ashleigh 5 stars! She works here at olive clinic and she was amazing completely understanding and brought me to tears with the level of help; she reached above and beyond for me. And in a time of desperation and severe anxiety she was definitely a calming/and helpful employee. Thank u again Girl! And I hope I spelled her name right! UPDATE: I give terros 5 stars! My experience was extremely rocky when being prescribed medication. Not on terros end,on my insurances end. Ashliegh,Nikki,Christine,and Nicole all at this office have helped me tremendously. Finally reaching out for help was long over due! And those girls litterally did everything they could do for me when the insurance issue arose. Thank you all. I feel so much at ease and I feel like some one finally listened to me! The love I have for this facility grows every time I go in or call them. Thank u all so much!

I would just like to share my experience with the Terros staff.First of all when I went to the website to get help for my son and our family the reviews I read were not all good and it kind of worried me but please listen to me .From Lizbeth,the girl who answered the phone to Jacqueline Adame the intake specialist to Josh her supervisor,they all gave me the kindest and most understanding help.Jacqueline,I would just like to thank you again for going above and beyond while I kept you on the phone forever trying to reach my son by text and phone ,you were so patient with me . I just want anyone who reads these reviews to know they are very helpful ,very understanding and so compassionate,everything you need when you or a family member needs this type of help.Thank you again Lizbeth,Jackie,and Josh for everything,Lynn Miller

Best clinic I've been to so far. I've met some great therapists there (Shout-out to Sonora she's awesome!) Done some great group therapy, and they try to perscribe you the best stuff they can. (Shout out to Curtis as well for being a great provider!)

Bianca is an excellent front desk employee. She goes above and beyond to make clients feel like their needs are being met! She made sure I had all the information I needed to get a stand-by appointment after she kindly tried to accommodate a stand by appointment for me the same day I had an appointment with the online provider. Thank you Bianca! And Nicole is a fantastic one-on-one counselor! I never leave a session without a blueprint of what to do to meet my mental health needs. :)

They actually helped me get medical coverage acceptance since I'm not currently working. Nice little place to go when you're needing to get better. 3 stars as the wait time is sometimes long and their system of medical help needs improvement. I would recommend this place if you aren't working and need help.

I love all my classes and no I didn't get paid to say this but my relapse classes has been very helpful due to my sorbrity. You just got to except change and know deep down you want change ppl. God bless and just know that everyone there is trying to help you from going back to jail or back to your ole self.
